Watch the trailer of BBC’s Daft Punk documentary

Published September 28th 2015

The BBC has been working on a documentary about the career of the most publicity shy duo Daft Punk. The French pair has been making electronic dance music since the 90s, and has always managed to stay one step ahead of the competition. The members, however, rarely give interviews and have been appearing in public only with masks or helmets on since 2001, so this documentary mainly features a wide range of other artists reflecting on the groups music and influence.

Collaborative partners such as Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams, but also Giorgio Moroder and Kanye West speak their mind.

No release date has been set for the documentary, but it’s expected this year.
