Fergie ready to return to her music

Published January 26th 2016

Fergie has announced her first gig since taking a break from her music career to enjoy being a wife and mother. The singer will be headlining the Summer Sonic festival in Japan on August 20th and 21st, 2016.

Recently, the singer was already spotted in Paris shooting the cover photo for her, much anticipated sophomore album. Her first album, “The Dutchess”, was released in 2006 and included the hits “Fergalicious”, “London Bridge” and “Big Girls Don’t Cry”.

Fergie Has Been Releasing Music In Her Hiatus

Throughout the past years, it’s not exactly been completely quiet, musically, for Fergie. She has released new tracks along the way, like “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody” and “L A Love”, but it doesn’t look like these tracks are part of the upcoming album.

Fergie has been recording all new material for her second album, due out in March.

New Videos Shot In Paris Too

She’s, reportedly, already shot two new videos, while being in Europe. Press have been publishing pictures of her as she took the opportunity to feast her fashionista’s heart, by visiting Jean Paul Gaultier’s fashion show in Paris.
