SWV release tribute to men

Originally SWV were formed as a gospel group, but the ladies broke through in the 90s as a commercial R&B group. In the mixture of many female vocal groups, this was quite an achievement. They went on to become one the best selling girl groups of all time.

In 2005 SWV reunited and just recently, they’ve released their new song “Ain’t No Man”, basically returning to singing gospel, though this time it’s the gospel of men.

It’s often said that R&B, as smooth as we knew it in the 90s, is dead. SWV bring not only bring that sound back, but also bring a little taste and respect back in femal-male relationship, ‘cos men, wouldn’t you like your woman to talk to you this way?
