In a past lifetime, my paths crossed with one of the Bagga Bownz members, Mr Yong Jr. I was a webdesigner at the time and worked specifically for music related companies, when we started working together to create a few cool enhanced CDs.
Of course, along the way, he’s given me some great advice about my music production and songwriting and he was the one who introduced me to the recording studio and the recording process. So in a way, he’s responsible for me getting completely hooked on recording.
Even though it was actually R&B music that initially connected us, I was heavily surprised when he once send me a track of this new band he had just started. The year was 2002 and the band was Bagga Bownz. The genre was alternative rock. I received a track that sounded a lot like Faith No More’s “Epic”.
