Toni Braxton’s been through a lot and her life is full of lessons others could learn from. Enough reason for her, to have written it all down in the memoir “Un-Break My Heart”, which was released in April this year.
The book quickly got picked up by a production company to be turned into a biopic movie for Lifetime. Previously Lifetime already aired other biopics about R&B singers like, for instance, Aaliyah.
In October the casting was completed and the role of Toni went to a newcomer, Lex Scott Davis. The cast has finished filming a while ago and now the biopic looks set to be hitting the small screen.
The biopic will premiere on January 23rd 2016, at 8pm. Lifetime posted the official trailer on Twitter yesterday:

Toni Braxton, herself, is also trying her hand at acting and has played the lead in another Lifetime production, the movie “Twist Of Fate”. This will be airing February 9th 2016 at 8pm
