While the world is still getting over the shock of Prince’s untimely death, many rumors have surfaced about his last days and potential cause of death. It is not known when the autopsy report will be available, but it’s clear it couldn’t get to the public quick enough. Everyone is eager to know why this musical genius was taken from us so soon.

In the meantime, the police have released a statement confirming that Prince was found with pain killers in his hand. They have also confirmed emergency services were called to Paisley Park for medical assistance in August and September of last year. This fuels rumors of Prince’s alleged frail health and the various health scares he may have had prior to his death. During his life, it was known to the public, that he had hip problems (suspected from wearing heels throughout the years) and he had undergone surgery for this.
The police have dismissed any rumors about drug abuse or drug overdose. After a search of the Paisley Park complex, they couldn’t find any reason to investigate this further.
The autopsy on Prince’s body was done on Friday, a week ago, a day after he was found dead. The singer has been cremated in a private ceremony last weekend.
