Matt Goss And His Teen Idol Days

In the late 80s, he was a teen heartthrob super star in the boyband Bros. The group were originally formed with his twin brother, Luke, and a friend, but later only the twins continued.

Bros brought boyband mania to England, and Europe, with a milestone Wembley performance in 1989, for which they were the youngest group ever to play the venue. This was also the last time he played Wembley.

With hits like ”When Will I Be Famous”, “I Owe You Nothing” and “Too Much”, Bros stormed the UK and European charts, until the brothers eventually started pursuing other careers. Both are mainly living in the States now.

Solo Career

After Bros, Matt went on as a solo artist, with his biggest hit being “The Key” and a collaboration with DJ Paul Oakenfold, “Firefly”, which reached the dance charts.

He´s released several albums and has tried different music styles from, the previously mentioned dance music, to pop to swinging with a big band.

Residence at Caesar’s Palace

All of these genres have been combined in a show that got a home on the Las Vegas strip. Since 2009 he´s been holding residence with a show at Caesar´s Palace.

Even though chart success may not have followed him since his Bros days, Matt Goss is well known for his live shows. In 2010 and 2011 Matt did shows at the Royal Albert Hall, which he received an award for. And that was all he ever wanted anyway. Recognition as a singer.

Wembley Concert

Matt announced his Wembley gig on his social media. In a statement he also said that the concert is also a representation of his 30 years in the business. The concert will take place on October 1st.

Tickets will go on sale February 13th at 9am. Prices start at £35 + fees. Of course, you could also get special VIP or meet and greet packages. Tickets are sold through Live Nation.
