Kylie Minogue has been booked to entertain the elite at a Darling Harbour gala dinner for the launch of Qatar Airways’ Sydney-Doha service. And it’s been rumored she’ll be paid a minimum of $1 million to do so.

Of course, for such a fee, Qatar won’t be getting a simple performance with Kylie just singing a song or two alone on stage. They will get the full Minogue treatment, with dancers, feathers, props and all.

And while she leaves the world guessing, whether she’s engaged or not to boyfriend, Joshua Sasse, there are also rumors that she’s working on a new album.
Earlier this month, long term collaborator Guy Chambers posted a photo of the two together, after spending the day in the studio.

In the past, the two wrote the iconic “Your Disco Needs You” together and in response to a fans question if they were working on a follow up of that concept, Guy only revealed that the word “disco” was in the title of the song.
In an interview with Idolator, the singer admitted, she will return to her usual musical roots for the new album.
