Kylie Minogue reunites with Stock, Aitken & Waterman

Published December 3rd 2015

25 Years ago, producers trio Stock, Aitken & Waterman were on the rise to become ‘the hit factory’. They had produced various pop songs that had charted, but their biggest break came when they started producing Kylie Minogue.

Kylie Minogue, at that point, was known as a soap star and would become a pop princess.

Recently, she declined the chance to step back in time and play the role of Charlene again in an anniversary episode of Neighbours. The show that launched her stardom.

But, to promote her new Christmas album, she did call upon her old producers to remix “Every Day’s Like Christmas”. And the brief was easy:  Make it sound like it came from the 80s. I’d say they’ve succeeded.

The remix will be released officially on December 18th, but the track has been uploaded today.
