The Memphis Music Hall Of Fame is adding a few “locals” to their selection, including Justin Timberlake and soul duo Sam & Dave. Timberlake was born in Memphis and raised in the area until he joined the Mickey Mouse Club at age 12 and moved to California. The rest is history. Each of his solo albums have sold over 7 million copies world wide, he’s been awarded 9 Grammys and 4 Emmy Awards and is always a hit on The Tonight Show when he performs with Jimmy Fallon, like he did just 2 days ago:
The Memphis Music Hall Of Fame induction ceremony will take place on October 17th at the Cannon Center.
