Chili from TLC releases solo track

Chili from girl group TLC has released a solo track in support of her new venture as a fitness guru. Together with Shaun T she created a special dance routine to get your heart rate going and burn some serious fat. Her track “Body” is especially written for it.

Motivational Song – You Got To Work For It

In an interview with Billboard she talks about how the motivational track came together and how she provides an alternative to keep people on track with their exercise plan. Because dancing usually doesn’t feel like it’s a work out, it’s a great way to sneak your exercise in by just having fun.

The song is a combination of a regular dance song with the coach giving you instructions to keep your energy going. Have a listen to it right here:

TLC album

With this project out of the way, Chili will return her full focus to the new and final TLC album with Tionne Watkins. The only thing she revealed is that it will have the usual TLC interludes and funny stuff. Apparently, the ladies have also decided on a name for the album, but she keeps that as a surprise for later, too.
