Yesterday, in the middle of ad breaks, the world got word from Adele. For the longest time, there have been many rumours about her new album being set for a release on November 20th and yesterday she’s confirmed her comeback.
With a TV ad Adele announced her return
In various parts of the world the advert hit the screens, during commercial breaks in prime time shows. The ad let’s the screen go black and shows these words, while Adele is singing
“Hello”
“It’s me again”
“I was wondering if after all these years you’d like to meet to go over everything”
“They say time’s supposed to heal ya, but I ain’t done much healing”
Breaking years of silence
Though the advert reveals new music is coming, she hasn’t confirmed the release date yet. The new album will be her long awaited follow up to her hit album “21”, released 5 years ago. The James Bond theme “Skyfall” was 3 years ago.
Amongst all the rumours, it has been said that One Replublic Ryan Tedder and Max Martin are amongst her collaborators.
