A little more bass for Pink and Kelly Clarkson

Remember that song “Video killed the radio star”? It’s something we can hardly imagine now, but apparently there was a time where looks didn’t matter in music. There’s a lot of pressure on artists to look flawless and ageless. On women more than on men. There’s always been an immediate response from the audience, but it has never been as publicly debated than in this era of social media. The moment someone is not looking their usual self or they look remotely average, it’s quickly critisized. Recently Kelly Clarkson was the victim of a few ‘fat jokes’ made by a television host, whom later apologized. It was enough to spark many reactions. Just a few days ago, it was Pink’s turn to get critisized by the public and leave it up to her to respond in the best way possible.
