Anyone who loves R&B music knows Boyz II Men. Since I’ve seen their show in Las Vegas, I will never underestimate their popularity every again. Out in Europe, they haven’t had commercial success in ages and I was quick to think they were kind of over and done with, but they are far from over. Their impact still weighs in on the R&B scene and the group has become legendary because of it.
Still, I had to find out this new release by just running into it. I got curious about a joint tour they are planning to do with New Kids On The Block and Paula Abdul next year, when I ran into one or two articles mentioning the release of a new Christmas song.
It’s been 13 years since the release of their Christmas album, “Christmas Interpretations”, which features their version of “Let It Snow”, which is still being played very often around this time of year. So, you could say that it was high time for something new.
