P Diddy Honoring Notorious B.I.G.

The reunion is not without good reason. The show is organized in honor of Notorious B.I.G., who would’ve celebrated his 44th birthday on May 21st of this year. His life was cut short when he was killed by four gun shots in a drive-by on March 9th 1997.

The rapper made a huge impact on hip hop music worldwide and his death is still considered a great loss to music by many music fans.

During the show, held in Biggie’s hometown Brooklyn, Mary J Blige and Jay Z will also take to the stage to perform. All to celebrate the life and career of the rapper.

“Not Just Another Concert”

Accoding to P. Diddy this isn’t just another concert, but “this is hip hop history. The Bad Boy family includes some of the biggest names in music and songs that helped define a whole generation of music. Also, we are celebrating one of the greatest of all time – Notorious B.I.G. This will be a night to remember. I can’t wait to see you all there.”

If you want to go to the show, it’ll be held at the Barclays Center and tickets will go on sale online on April 1st at 11am through Ticketmaster (or by calling 800-745-3000). From April 4th, you can get tickets at the American Express Box Office at Barclays Center at 12pm.
