Kesha’s lawsuit against Dr. Luke has been filed in a few states. While she’s been suffering a lot of setbacks with her case in New York, the case was also filed in California. On Monday, the Californian Judge, Barbara Scheper, decided to put the case there on hold pending the outcome of the case in New York. The case that still needs to be trialed there are the accusations against Kesha for breach of contract.
New Legal Team, New Strategy
Kesha’s lawyers plan to amend their documents for the case in New York, this Friday. Having just replaced her legal team, the new team of attorneys are just getting started to reignite the fight. They also plan to file a motion to lift the halt on the abuse claims she’s made against Dr. Luke.
Kesha’s Getting Her Strength Back
In the middle of the legal battle, Kesha is still fighting hard to come to terms with everything she’s been through. In recent months, she’s becoming more talkative about it on her social media channels, like Instagram.
