Az Yet to return in 2016

Published October 3rd 2015

R&B group Az Yet have announced a return in 2016 on their Facebook page. The group hit fame with the songs “Last Night” and “Hard To Say I’m Sorry“, originally by Chicago, in 1996 and 1997. Their debut album went platinum, but even though they made a powerful first impression, they disappeared from the general public.

Over the years, the line up has changed many times, and there were even two rivaling versions of Az Yet at some point, but for the first time since 2008, most of the original line up have now returned for what’s coming in 2016.

Dion Allen, Kenny Terry, Claude Thomas, Marc Nelson and Tony Grant will all be involved this time, and even Shawn Rivera will be doing what he can remotely, as his family life is located abroad.

The group is currently in the studio writing and recording new music and rehearsing for their comeback.
